Game-Play:

Is a bit similar to the classic 'Breakout'. Here you move Sparky left and right to catch and shoot the ball. Your aim is to hit a block and erase it and when all blocks are erased, the display is cleared and you move on to the next level. The faster you are the more points you get. One miss will be scored when a ball falls to the bottom.

Game differences:

In Game B blocks flash and need to be hit when they are displayed. However, when red blocks are erased, the flashing stops.

Trivia:

Maximum score is 999 and when the score reaches 300 points all misses are cancelled.

Cheats and tricks:

Maximum amount of blocks in one game is 18.

Points:

1 point when a green block is erased
2 points when a blue block is erased
3 points when a red block is erased
an additional 5 points will be awarded for each unit remaining on the bonus meter.
30 points will be awarded when all six RED blocks are hit once and flash.

Misses:

Upper screen you get a miss when you fail to catch an oil drop or when you try to catch an oil drop when the bucket is full. Lower screen you get a miss if you pour oil over the customers. When either upper or lower screen has 3 misses (shown by fire on the upper screen and by spilled buckets on the lower screen.), the game ends.

Other notices:

If you hold in Game A or Game B key the highest previous score will be displayed. If the unit is left as it is after game is over, time display will appear in about five minutes. A game is not interrupted even if TIME key or other game keys are depressed during game playing. Pressing ACL switch or removing batteries erases high score from memory.

The battery covers seem to have a number on the back, but they seem to vary a lot and I won't even speculate what the difference is.
